BOARD MEETINGS
The Board of Directors meets September through June on the second Wednesday of each month.
Meetings generally are held in the Director’s Room at the Newburyport Public Library. Meetings are called to order at 7:00 PM and are adjourned promptly at 8:55 PM.
When called by the Commodore, Board meetings in July and/or August are held at the Club House in accordance with a schedule, which is posted in advance at the Club House and on the website.
Members reserve the right to attend Board meetings and may address the Board if a request is made of the Club Secretary at least seven days in advance. Such requests must be specific as to the issue or issues the member wishes to address.
Otherwise, members may be heard only at the discretion of the Commodore.
In the event the Commodore calls the Board into Executive Session, members will be excused from the meeting.
